I just wanted to congratulate you on a fine young man that helped me out with a blind repair at your Penrose site yesterday.  I think his name is Marsh and he was so helpful and polite at every stage from my initial phone query, to helping me get my blind out of the car, to his general customer service at your office.

Hi Jo

I have used Ven Lu Ree before in a commercial situation and recommend to the boss that we should get a quote. From that point onwards not a problem, the estimator was here the next day, and the quote was here within 24 hours. We were given a speedy lead time. The installer was professional and tidy and everything fits like a glove.
