A. Yes, a 3 year guarantee comes as standard with all our new blinds.

Q. How long will it take for my new blinds to be made?

A. Up to 15 working days / but we are flexible if you have a special occasion or need them urgently.

Q. Can I install and measure for new blinds myself to get a further discount?

A. Yes you can. We will give you our current special running, plus an extra 10% off for those people keen to DIY.

Q. How do I keep them clean?

A. We recommend that you get your blinds cleaned once every year by our professional team of experts. It is the easy, economical choice and ensures your blinds will last.

Q. Can I drop my blinds to your factory for the repairs or clean?

A. Yes you can. If you drop your Venetians or Woodens to us before 10am they will be ready the same afternoon for collection. This may also save you $$$

Q. What does Same Day Cleaning and Repair Service Mean?

A. This refers to Venetians/Woodens and Woodlook Blinds only. On the designated day you book to have your blinds cleaned we will collect them in the morning and drop them back to you the same afternoon.

Q. Are all Venetians the same price for cleaning or are they more expensive if they are very large?

A. All Venetians/Woodens/ or Woodlook blinds are the same price regardless of size to be cleaned.
